We loved the central location close to the lake and the town center. The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we could park comfortably in the garage.

Beautiful location and view of the lake. We stayed in suite 19 and loved it. The view from the balcony was lovely and relaxing.

No signage! The taxi dropped me off right near the door and I didn't even realise until I walked up to the building and noticed a tiny plaque with the name of the hotel near the door. Some people would probably require glasses even to read that!!

The rooms are very nice, quiet and comfortable. The location is also very nice. Out of the whole team, there were also a couple of very helpful and friendly staff.

There was only one non-hungarian channel on TV, but this wasn't as displeasing as the following: I had to have breakfast in the Anna Grand (which would have been at the same cost), the hotel was about 7 times more expensive as the hotel my friends stayed in, the promised wellness area was very limited in the Ipoly Residence and I would have had to use the ones from the Anna Grand, and the staff from the dining room was so unbelievably rude that I considered cancelling the rest of my stay (not something you will like if you know you pay so much more). I did state my displeasure, but nothing happened as a result.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located at the center of Balatonfured so it was near to everything (lake, strand, restaurant etc). You can use Anna Grand Hotel's spa for free of charge. The reception lady was very kind and helpful.

The building is big but there is no sign or name of the hotel (there was a small sign on the door) and entrance is so small and I thought it was some apartment building. The lobby was so dark and we were worried the hotel is closed or something. At night time, there was music club near by and it was noisy till 2AM. I am not sure if we were accommodated in the room for disability person, but the design of bathroom was a bit unique. I would expect more for 4 star hotel and I felt that it is over priced for this facility etc.

Wonderful weekend away! the breakfast selection was great with lots of fresh pastries and delicious coffee. the hotel was incredibly well-located, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were helpful and welcoming. the room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed.

The parking was a bit of an issue as there were no available spots nearby. the soap dispenser in the bathroom was quite inconvenient and the room was lacking in decorations.

Staff though tried to be helpful spoke no English, the internet connection didn't seem to work (and I couldn't ask due to language), also no parking and you have to find a car park or street parking in the area which costs between 240 and 500 huf per hour.

Very friendly and service-oriented staff; excellent lady masseur! Next to the lake and the lakeside promenade.

For wellness and breakfast I had to go to the Anna Grand Hotel - next time I will book directly the Anna Grand Hotel; sign posting for the hotel does not exist; rooms are like in a business hotel, not a lot of atmosphere for relaxtion.

We had a wonderful romantic escape here, with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was fantastic, right near the shore and within easy walking distance of all the great restaurants and attractions in the area. We loved that there was a spa on site, where we could relax and soak in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor things that we didn't love. The room we were given was a bit smaller than we expected, which made it a little difficult to move around in.
